Young people in Andalusia, Spain, are being given the opportunity to work at the region's universities in the field of Research and Development and Innovation (R&D&I), thanks to funding from the ESF.

The benefits are far-reaching for all parties. Not only do the young people gain new skills and valuable work experience, but the universities find young people who are interested in a research career to work as Technical and Management staff, and companies are able to access a skilled, qualified workforce to help them develop R&D projects.

The project, from the Ministry of Economy and Knowledge, is open to people aged between 16 and 30, who have a tertiary education and are registered to the National Youth Guarantee System.
