Bureaux du Coeur has put in place a well-structured framework, essential to ensure the continuity of the
project, with a team of employees who support and train volunteers, and a series of tools designed to
support volunteers in their day-to-day work, to provide information to hosts, partner organizations and guests at various points along the way, and a data management platform, enabling to track the number of guests, hosts, places available and active volunteers in real time.

Wanting to export the model outside France, Bureaux du Coeur seeks the collaboration of volunteers who could carry out the project, partner organizations who could identifying guests among their beneficiaries, and businesses, public actors and associations disposing of offices or meeting rooms where to host guests overnight and over the weekends.
