Free, high-quality career counselling is now available to everyone in Estonia, thanks to funding from the ESF.
The funding has allowed the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund to create a project that makes career counselling accessible to everyone in the country – not just people who are unemployed and looking for work, but people who are already working, and people of school age and their parents.
Why? Because the benefits of career counselling extend far beyond simply helping people to find a job.
