The report provides a summary of monitoring information reported by Member States in their European Social Fund 2018 Annual Implementation Reports submitted to the Commission in 2019.

The analysis is based on a total of 187 Annual Implementation Reports (AIRs). It contains information on the programme architecture, progress in financial implementation, progress reported by common and programme-specific indicators, and overall progress towards milestones and targets set in the performance framework, both for ESF and YEI.
