As a long-established organization based in Salerno, Southern Italy, Essenia UETP brings to the table a wide range of strengths and resources that make us a valuable partner in international cooperation projects. Founded in 2005, we specialize in the development and implementation of training programmes, EU-funded projects with a focus on transnational mobility and career guidance services.
We hold the Erasmus+ VET Mobility Charter (now Erasmus Accreditation for 2021–2027) awarded by the Italian Erasmus+ National Agency (INAPP), which is a recognition of our high-quality mobility practices. We have also been awarded the Erasmus+ Excellence Label for two consecutive periods (2021–2023 and 2024–2026).
We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization (issued by Bureau Veritas) for the design and delivery of training and development programmes.
Since 2019, we also are an official Eurodesk Centre (ID Code: IT249) and are members of the EUROGUIDANCE Dissemination Network – Italy.
Furthermore, in 2023 we were selected as one of only 29 beneficiaries in Europe of the ALMA Initiative (Aim, Learn, Master, Achieve) under the ESF+ Social Innovation+ framework. This program, launched by the European Commission, supports young NEETs through integrated mobility and training experiences aimed at promoting their social and professional inclusion. Our project ""S.TR.O.N.G."" (Supporting Traineeship Opportunities for NEETs to Grow) reflects our expertise and commitment in this area.
Our operational capacities include:
- Comprehensive support for transnational mobility (both incoming and outgoing), including traineeship placement, accommodation, tutoring, language training, cultural and pedagogical preparation, travel organization, insurance, certification of competences, and follow-up.
- Design and delivery of accredited vocational training courses recognized by the Campania Region and the Italian Ministry of Education, in sectors such as tourism, ICT, environment, agriculture, social innovation, marketing and communication, European project management, and international cooperation.
- Career guidance and labour market inclusion services, especially targeting young people
- Consultancy services for public and private stakeholders in the development and management of European projects, partnerships, and educational strategies.
- Strong local and international networks, including collaborations with local authorities, SMEs, VET providers, schools, and institutions across Europe.
With experienced staff, structured methodologies, and extensive partnerships, Essenia UETP is fully equipped to support and contribute to high-impact European projects—offering tailored, inclusive, and sustainable solutions both in Italy and abroad.
