The SYPO project in the Czech Republic aims to support practitioners in education, helping their professional development through a community of practise and peer learning.

The project helps teachers and school directors at the beginning of their teaching career as well as those who have been in the profession for a long time through the transfer of experiences and best practices.

The project is funded by the Operational Programme Research and education by 281 519 320 CZK (around € 10 million).

As the majority of the activities of the project takes place online, the project became especially relevant in the current context of coronavirus crisis when it is providing webinars to teachers on distance learning.

Educational videos for teachers, students and parents are published within the SYPO project funded by the ESF.
