Since 2014, Malta's Youth Guarantee has worked with NEETs (young people who are not in employment, education or training), providing training and other activities to help them find success in the world of work. Recently, however, Youth Guarantee has undergone an update.

Extensive research with participants had concluded that the project’s original "one size fits all" strategy wasn’t working for everyone; each participant is different, and the activities needed to reflect that.

Now, Youth Guarantee 2.0 ensures that participants receive a tailor-made service, with support based on their needs.
