Culture360.ai is a national-level digital infrastructure for the Culture & Creative Industries (CCI), designed to democratise access to high-quality planning and funding know-how, with built-in scalability across EU contexts. Creators, NGOs and small cultural organisations use guided LT/EN workflows to generate grant applications, business plans, budgets, timelines and KPI frameworks aligned with PFSA/LKT/EU templates. The platform connects to cultural and funding datasets, reduces administrative time and costs, and improves the quality and consistency of submissions—especially for regional actors.
Within the 18-month implementation period, the project will: (1) develop and deploy a production-ready SaaS platform with API integrations; (2) establish onboarding webinars and a structured helpdesk support system; (3) pilot the solution with CCI associations and regional centres; and (4) monitor impact through usage and KPI dashboards.
Expected results include ≥1,000 generated documents, ≥500 supported submissions, ≥60% users from regions and ≥50% women/young creators participating in pilots. Sustainability will be ensured through a tiered subscription model (Basic/Pro/Enterprise) and GDPR-compliant EU cloud hosting.
