Acción Laboral is a non-profit organization, with a nationwide field of action with more than 40 offices and 390 employees all across the country. Acción Laboral has developed more than 165 comprehensive employment programmes and training at national level, supporting more than 47.000 users and getting an insertion average of 57%. We currently have 178 ongoing projects in 12 regions of Spain.

Acción Laboral has more than 20 years of experience in employment and training projects focused on long-term unemployed people and the improvement of competences, presenting a high level of complexity for their duration (2-3 years), number of participants (more than 500 people trained per project) and budget (grant of more than 1 million euros). Acción Laboral operates nationwide owning offices in the different provinces of Spain and cooperating with various stakeholders in the field of work. By this can guarantee an effective implementation of the project.
