Social Innovation Incubators

The ESF+ National Managing Authority selected seven social innovation incubators through a call of proposals.

In the first phase of project, these incubators will search for innovators and ideas for micro innovations. Once promising concepts are identified, the incubators will support innovators in pre-incubation and incubation stages including idea generation, elaboration, development, and subsequent dissemination of selected solutions.

Incubators also aim to accelerate social innovations, including their development, improvement, and preparation for broader application.

Each incubator focuses on one of four thematic areas: employment, education, social inclusion, and accessibility for people with disabilities.
