- The Sowelo Foundation has five years of experience in the implementation of personal assistance services in one of the largest Polish cities – Poznan. During the implementation of a project supporting neurodiverse students, we gained experience of working with academic institutions across Poland. The Foundation is or has been a partner in international projects, carried out together with NGOs from: Finland, Italy, Bulgaria, Hungary and Lithuania. . Foundation is one of the few members in Poland of the European Network for Independent Living. It is an international advocacy organisation supporting the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, in particular the development of services supporting the independent living of persons with disabilities in local communities. The Foundation's team has experience in creating and implementing social innovations in public spaces, products and services. Among the staff of the Sowelo Foundation are people with experience of working with state and local authorities, also as experts in the field of personal assistance and personal budget.

- We are looking for potential partners for international projects funded by various sources (including the Erasmus+ programme). We are interested in joint activities and exchange of experience in the following professional areas:-supporting people with disabilities in everyday life (especially development of personal assistance services and assisted housing;-supporting employment of people with disabilities on the free labour market;-supporting inclusive education;-supporting active leisure activities for seniors and people with disabilities.
