This non-paper presents the perspectives of experts from the ESF+ Evaluation Partnership, a network of national coordination bodies and managing authorities from all 27 EU Member States. 

While not binding for Member States or the European Commission, it aims to contribute to discussions on monitoring and reporting in the post-2027 ESF+ programming period. The document reflects the collective opinion of network members and serves as input for the Commission's considerations alongside other stakeholder views.
