Thanks to their determination and the right support, Mary and Toñi now work in the digital sales sector, proving that with the right tools and opportunities, talent can thrive anywhere.

They are just two of nearly 100 young Roma who have taken part in the training on ’Specialised Sales of Digital and Technological Products’, as part of the #EmpleandoDigital+ programme.

Throughout the training, participants not only acquired key digital and sales skills, but also built the confidence to navigate the world of work and take on new challenges.

The #EmpleandoDigital+ programme is a joint initiative by Fundación Secretariado Gitano and the Spanish Red Cross, with the support of the Accenture Foundation and co-financed by the European Social Fund Together, they receive new funding from the European Social Fund Plus and continue  working to break down barriers and open real opportunities for inclusion and growth in the digital age.
