Over the past 6 years, our association has developed and acquired skills in a number of areas.
Kabubu is now in a position to share its experience on the issue of social inclusion of displaced people through sport. We can share with you our expertise in setting up sports activities and programs that create social links between locals and displaced people, community animation and the creation of an inclusive environment (sporting level, linguistic level, gender, nationality/legal status...).
We have also developed a guide to inclusive activities and a training course to help various structures set up sports activities for displaced people. We are interested in implementing our inclusive methodology in other structures.
Kabubu also has expertise to share in volunteer management: skills enhancement programs to become a sports volunteer, volunteer community animation, skills development...
Kabubu is also a Qualiopi-certified training organization. We have acquired skills and knowledge in setting up professional training courses, and in supporting and integrating displaced people into the professional world (sourcing procedures for potential learners, pedagogical content, social and adminstrative individual support etc.).
In all our lines of intervention, we have implement a process of impact evaluation to measure the impact for displaced people provided by our actions. We can share our skills and expertises regarding this area (directions for use, implementation, results...)
Finally, we have created a awareness workshop about migration called : La fresque de la Migration. It is an awareness-raising tool that retraces a person's journey into exile. Currently, we have four different workshops for adult and one for children. We are interested in implement of this tool in other structure.
