With AdoptIDee we want to make use of the proven higher level of creativity of young skills, to solve (entrepreneurial) problems of local entrepreneurs.
Scientific background of this original approach lies in the proven fact that children are often more creative than adults. AdoptIDee builds on that and challenges children from age 10-12 years to think about 'real' innovation challenges of companies. On the basis of a problem formulated by participating companies, students in small groups devise a solution and develop this into a concept. Students thereby inspire entrepreneurs to find creative solutions for their problems and entrepreneurs contribute in a playful way to educate employees of the future. A win-win situation
