RoofUz is a digital platform designed to make the lives of construction professionals easier, as well as to build more environmentally-friendly rooftop additions with less time, in particular in big cities like Berlin.

‘We are an international, interdisciplinary team from the fields of construction, architecture, design and digitalisation. Our mission is to end the housing crisis with new living units on the yet uninhabited roofs of Berlin. Because smart cities are our future, and life should be lived sustainably without limits – in all direction’, says Kilian Eckle, founder and sales manager of RoofUz.

The platform serves two types of customers: builder-owners and construction professionals.

Products for Builder-Owners

Services and products are designed to build trust with potential customers and ultimately convince them to build with RoofUz. Consulting packages can be booked immediately, with many potential builder-owners starting with free services to get a sense of the quality of RoofUz. Different levels of consulting are available, including checklists about potential costs and risks as well as expert consultations for a deeper understanding of a situation.

Products for Construction Professionals

RoofUz has been a big success in the building sector - once convinced of the RoofUz platform, customers frequently become repeat users and sellers. The platform is designed to make the work of construction professionals easier, as well as make their profession more environmentally friendly.
