In Sicily, Italy, ‘Cat@ct’ provides social support and care to vulnerable children and young people. The project supports 600 children living in the most disadvantaged areas by ensuring that theyare safely hosted in service centres and receive social care at home when needed.
By strengthening relations between students, teachers and parents, young people are able to return to education. As a result, school attendance levels across the region have increased.
