“FIBA 2 ” is a project in Bavaria funded by the European Social Fund providing employment support to refugees to restart their careers and rebuild their lives.

Activities including skills development, as well as placement in work or training, have been quickly adapted to the coronavirus crisis by implementing strict hygiene measures and organising online or phone meetings with the refugees. So far, 2,000 participants have enrolled in the project, which has a €4 million budget and will run until 2022.
