‘Baby's Dowry’ has supported more than a thousand of families at risk of poverty in Cyprus since February 2018.

Baby's Dowry aims to reduce material deprivation and to tackle the risk of social exclusion by providing basic consumer goods free of charge (baby-care items, bedding, diapers,…) and baby equipment (a pram, a cot, a baby chair). Families can also benefit from a small monthly allowance and are offered mentoring and networking sessions with social services.

The Baby Dowry project is co-funded by the Fund for European Aid to the Most Deprived (FEAD) and national funds. The project will run until December 2023.
