 SOCIAL INNOVATION promotion of new ideas, models, and technologies that generate innovative and sustainable solutions in response to complex social problems, supported by a multidisciplinary team;
 RESEARCH AND EVALUATION FIELDS OF ACTION research and development, programme and policy evaluation, organizational performance monitoring, product and service evaluation, and design of project evaluation models;
 DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION integration of technologies into training processes to achieve efficiency gains, fostering innovation, and enhancing competitiveness;
 COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION development of strategic communication and dissemination plans, creation of content, organization and promotion of training events.
