This study outlines innovative approaches to "zero long-term unemployment" and job guarantees across Europe, highlighting lessons learnt and insights to opportunities for transfer and scaling up. The report also includes case studies of ongoing initiatives in five EU countries that are pioneering the use of social innovation to tackle long-term unemployment.
