The Bozhurite NGO is an association that performs activities in the public interest, which is to improve the quality of life and build capacity for development of people in rural areas, namely by:
1) studying the problems and needs of people living in a multicultural environment;
2) preparation and implementation of programs and projects for rural development - social projects, educational projects, environmental projects, tourism exchange, etc .;
3) Participation and organization of trainings, seminars and other activities related to improving the skills of young people, including NEETs. The NGO sector in the municipality of Kubrat is underdeveloped and for this reason the association is registered in that municipality in order to work actively for limiting the risk of social exclusion and creating conditions for development, active behavior in the labor market, increasing the motivation for work employment of people.
The Bozhurite NGO is active in the field of public benefit in terms of improving the quality of life and capacity building for entrepreneurship and volunteering in rural areas, through:
• Studying the problems and needs of people living in a multicultural environment;
• Carrying out organizational, consulting, information, research, educational, qualification, publishing and other activities to achieve the goals;
• Preparation and implementation of programs and projects for rural development - social projects, educational projects, environmental projects, tourism exchange, etc .;
• Participation and organization of trainings, seminars and other activities related to improving the skills of young people;
• Supporting entrepreneurship through project implementation and / or organization of seminars, etc.

• Cultural heritage preservation and promotion activities
The main goals of the Association are:
1. Limiting the risk of social exclusion and creating conditions for the development and realization of human capital;
2. Providing the necessary environment for the development of human resources in the municipalities;
3. Improving living conditions, social integration and partnerships in the local community;
4. Improving the capacity for local development and cooperation;
5. Support the sustainable development of the local community and territory;
6. Improving the living environment, reducing poverty and social exclusion.
The Association achieves its goals by:
1. Implementation of projects for improving the quality of life in rural areas.
2. Ensuring equality of access to quality health services and prevention programs for all young people, people with disabilities and ethnic minorities, promoting a healthy lifestyle;
3. Establishing international contacts, organizing and coordinating events within international programs and projects.

The Association is a licensed provider of social services - personal assistant and home helper, with Certificates respectively №01578-0001 / 03.12.2018 and №01578-0001 / 03.12.2018.
The organization has experience as s subcontractor under contract to the Employment Agency with the subject: "Expertise for identification and activation of inactive persons in the territory of the Directorate of Regional Employment Service of Montana" and in connection with the implementation of the project of the Employment Agency number BG05M90P001-1.017-001. The association’s engagements were related to the identification of the target group.
The members of the association have many years of experience in working with people from the target group, having organized initiatives and campaigns to raise the social status of persons from vulnerable groups.

Our organization has experience in implementing a number of projects, working with different target groups, ages, social status. We are open for cooperation and joint projects related to NEET's, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed in the labor market, anti-discrimination, social inclusion, social entrepreneurship, innovative models to reach people in social isolation, clubs houses for disabled people.
