Offering
The College is a science-based think tank that brings together researchers, practitioners, and NGOs to develop innovative, evidence-based solutions in education, social policy, and community development. A key focus of the College’s work is digital inclusion for all, ensuring that vulnerable groups are not left behind in the context of rapid technological change.

The Day-Care Centre Navininkai operates as a branch of the College. Established in 2005, it provides long-term, community-based support for children and young people from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds, particularly in rural areas.

The College is also a member of the iRAISE Coalition, a multi-actor global initiative dedicated to safeguarding and empowering children in the age of Artificial Intelligence. Within this framework, we actively seek partnerships that contribute to AI safety for children, ethical technology use, and the development of inclusive, child-centred digital environments.
Looking for
We seek collaboration with organisations working in youth empowerment, education, social inclusion, mental health, and digital/AI literacy. We offer a strong bridge between research and practice, combining policy expertise with hands-on experience in working with vulnerable children and youth. Our strengths include tested methodologies in non-formal education and social pedagogy, extensive experience in preventive and community-based work, access to local stakeholder networks, and the capacity to contribute to international projects, knowledge exchange, and research initiatives.
