The main target groups among NEETs that we usually address and plan to send abroad are unemployed young people, people with zero or a little work experience, low skilled young people, economically inactive young people, persons with disabilities or other health issues (mental, drug abuse, etc.), single parents with or without child, young people from a disadvantaged or minority background
d. The planned group size is 8-12 NEETs
e. The estimated period of implementation of the project is 6 months per group.

a. We are participating to ALMA calls as a receiving organisation
b. We are able to host any target group
c. We provide work related experience for most technical jobs, as well as agriculture, hospitality, IT. We are always available on discussing and trying to find workplaces that match the participant's interests. The participants stay in 3 bedroom apartments, which are accessible for people with disabilities and special needs
d. Every group makes excursions in or near Alexandroupolis, in the region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, visiting nearby cities, villages and islands, combining nature, urban landscape and culture. On the part of support services, there are always psychotherapists that can provide counseling. Each group has a Greek language course, once per week. Finally, the team can always contact someone from our team, for problem solving.

g. Our contacts are the ESPA executive unit of the Ministry of Education Religious Affairs and Sports, the Job Center of Alexandroupolis, local authorities and NGO's

We have implemented an Erasmus+ project with Germany, Sweden and Cyprus under the code 2021-2-DE02-KA220-VET-000050049 with project title Accessibility - supporting learners with needs in a digital world. We also organise conferences with topics about trauma, child abuse, psychosomatic illnesses, family and children.
