Fondazione Generation Italy ETS (hereafter Generation Italy) is interested in partnerships that combine funding, employer engagement, outreach to under-served learners, and evidence-based programme design. We look for corporate partners, foundations, public institutions, education and training organisations, sector associations and community organisations that can help identify demand for entry-level talent, co-design pathways aligned with labour-market needs, recruit and support learners, and create concrete hiring opportunities.
