This includes participant selection and pre-departure preparation, personalised career guidance, training in personal and professional skills, administrative and logistical assistance, continuous monitoring during the mobility period, and support throughout the return and labour market integration process. Fundación Sieneva also ensures effective coordination with the host organisations, the management of any incidents that may arise, and the evaluation of project outcomes, guaranteeing a high-quality, inclusive mobility experience tailored to the needs of each participant.
