Offering
At FMTS, we offer more than just experience in European project management—we bring the strength of a multidisciplinary organisation, with several business units and specialised experts working across a variety of sectors. Our team combines expertise in industry and vocational training, EdTech and digital innovation, international mobility, and the agri-food and tourism sectors. This diversity allows us to approach projects with an integrated, cross-sectoral perspective—designing solutions that are both technically sound and highly relevant to the real needs of people and territories. On the international scale, we are active members of key European networks, such as EVBB, EfVET, the Pact for Skills (Agri-Food & Tourism LSPs), and we also contribute to the European Alliance for Apprenticeships (EAfA) in initiatives that support social inclusion, as well as the green and digital transitions, allowing us to contribute to European policy priorities while benefiting from strategic visibility and meaningful collaboration.
Looking for
FMTS is always looking for committed partners who share our vision for innovation, social impact, and inclusive growth in the framework of European cooperation. Ideally, we seek organizations with strong local engagement, sectoral expertise, and a willingness to co-design and implement high-quality EU projects in vocational education and training (VET), with a strong focus on developing green and digital skills, promoting sustainable practices in curricula and workplaces, and supporting the upskilling and reskilling of both young people and adults in line with Europe’s green and digital transitions initiatives.
