What we can offer partners
We're a certified lifelong-learning centre in Thessaloniki with 30 years of experience, and we're a dependable partner to have in Greece. In practice, we can offer:

A reliable host on the ground. We arrange real work placements across Greece, mainly in tourism and hospitality, with double-room accommodation and all meals included. We're hosting groups right now, so we're ready to take yours.
The full support package. From the first welcome and orientation to mentoring, weekly check-ins, in-house psychological and career support, and a Europass certificate at the end — we look after participants from arrival to departure.
All the paperwork handled. Learning agreements, monitoring, certification and reporting are taken care of, so partners don't carry the admin.
A strong local network. We work with the Thessaloniki Professional Chamber, local employers, the public employment service, councils, training centres, universities and NGOs — which means good placements and quick problem-solving.
Experience that travels. We host 100+ Erasmus+ participants a year (adult education and VET) and run ALMA and Erasmus+ groups side by side, so we know how to manage scale and different participant profiles.
Project partnership too. Beyond hosting, we can join or lead cooperation projects (Erasmus+ KA2, ESF+) — bringing experience in tourism training, migrant inclusion, women's empowerment, autism inclusion and adult education.
A destination people remember. Thessaloniki and Greece add culture, sunshine and a welcoming setting that make the experience meaningful, not just useful.

a. Are we in an ALMA call right now?
Yes. We're currently hosting 27 young people (NEETs) from Poland in tourism through ALMA, an second Erasmus+ groups for placement activities.

b. Who we can host
Young people who left school early, have few skills, or have never worked
Young people who are not in work or training
Young people from disadvantaged or minority backgrounds
Young migrants with a valid permit to stay and work
Young people who need a little extra emotional support — we have our own psychologist on the team

c. What hosting looks like
We place groups in several parts of Greece, mainly in tourism and hospitality (and also retail, food, logistics, business and IT)
Everyone gets a real, supervised work placement that fits their level
We arrange double-room accommodation with all meals included
We can adapt placements and rooms for people with special needs — just let us know in advance

d. How we support participants
A warm welcome, orientation, and some basic language help to settle in
A mentor from us and a supervisor at each workplace
Regular check-ins, plus help from our psychologist and career advisor when needed
A learning agreement and a certificate (Europass) at the end
Cultural activities and practical help with everyday things

e. When we can host
On request, all year round
We welcome more than 100 people every year through Erasmus+ (adult education and vocational training)

f. A few things to keep in mind
Migrants from outside the EU need a valid stay-and-work permit
Our standard offer is a double room with all meals — tell us early if someone needs a single room or has dietary or access needs
The sooner we have your dates and participant profiles, the better the placements we can arrange
