Civitas Foundation can offer extensive experience in social inclusion, community development and the integration of disadvantaged young people into education, training and employment. We provide participant recruitment and selection, individual needs assessment, pre-departure preparation, mentoring, psychosocial support, career guidance and follow-up after mobility. Our organisation has long-standing experience in working with NEET youth, Roma communities and other vulnerable groups, and has established partnerships with local authorities, schools, vocational training providers, employers and civil society organisations. Socio-professional Integration of NEET Youth from Harghita County through Transnational Mobility in Hungary
b) Is your organisation currently involved in an ALMA project?
No. The project is currently in the planning and development phase and is intended to be submitted under the ESF+ ALMA programme. It has not yet received funding and has not been launched.
c) Target group
NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) young people from Harghita County who are in vulnerable social or economic situations and require support to improve their employability, professional skills and social inclusion.

h) What type of partner organisation are we looking for?
We are looking for an organisation with proven experience in both adult education and vocational education and training (VET), capable of providing both theoretical and practical learning opportunities for participants.
The partner organisation should also be able to:
• provide individual mentoring and continuous support throughout the mobility period;
• cooperate with local employers and training providers;
• arrange accommodation and meals for participants through reliable local service providers;
• support participants' professional and social integration into the host community.
i) Relevant previous experience
Budvár Social Centre (1997–2011)
Civitas Foundation implemented the Budvár Social Centre project in 1997, which focused on identifying and promoting solutions for the social inclusion of Roma communities. The initiative continued until 2011 through the "Chance for the Future" programme and several local and international partnerships.
Citizens' Advisory Office (2002–2017)
Established in 2002, the Citizens' Advisory Office continuously provided information and counselling services to job seekers, supporting them in career guidance and helping them find employment opportunities until 2017.
"What Will I Become?" – Supporting the Transition from School to the Labour Market (2014–2015)
This career guidance project supported students in making informed educational and career choices. Between 2014 and 2015, at least 470 students received personalised career counselling, focusing on self-awareness, knowledge of the labour market and career opportunities through internationally recognised assessment tools and guidance methods.
