In terms of strengths and resources, Autism Voice brings over 18 years of specialised expertise in autism therapy (ABA), serving 480+ beneficiaries through 3 therapy centres and 70+ specialists. We offer the Work Aid Kit programme — a structured B2B neurodiversity inclusion solution for companies, covering vocational evaluation, employment coaching, and DEI workshops for HR teams. We also bring AUTStand, Romania's first quality standard for ABA therapy, and ABA Masters, the first 2-year ABA professional training accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists. Our research base includes a 2025 national study on the integration of neurodivergent individuals into the Romanian labour market (conducted with MKOR), providing data that informs both policy advocacy and employer engagement. We are well-connected within Romania's NGO, CSR and business ecosystem and have strong public communication capacity, including a TEDx platform and national media presence.

Autism Voice Romania seeks partners who share a commitment to neurodiversity inclusion and the social integration of autistic individuals and other neurodivergent people. Specifically, we are looking for: organisations with expertise in vocational rehabilitation, supported employment, or workplace inclusion; research institutions interested in evidence-based approaches to autism intervention; companies and employers committed to building inclusive workplaces; and European NGOs working in the disability or social innovation space who are open to knowledge exchange, joint projects, or co-development of scalable inclusion models.
