Our association has a long-term experience in accompanying young NEETs and people with fewer opportunities in the educational and job market orientation pathway, offering high quality tutoring and support during their job and learning mobility abroad.
Along with hosting, we have been coordinating an ESF+/ALMA project Y(m)ES (ESF-SI-2022-ALMA-01-0023) that recently came to the end. The project involved 24 young NEETs in a professional mobility experience abroad, preceded by a pre-departure training period and a follow-up period that both took place in Italy. 20 of them are currently engaged in a job or a study or training pathway, having thus emerged from the NEET situation. Throughout the project phase, we were responsible for overall coordination, coordination of the network of local and international partners, selection, preparation, support and accompaniment of participants, follow-up, management of dissemination and communication activities, administrative management. Again thanks to the ALMA program and formerly TLN mobility, since 2016 we have been welcoming 12 groups of young people from other European countries, mainly from Spain, for an international internship experience in Trento. Our role in these projects is mainly as follows: search for host companies, finding accommodation, accompanying and monitoring participants, managing activities and cultural trips, crisis management.
