Offering
Our organisation can offer extensive experience in designing and implementing training and employment pathways for people in vulnerable situations, particularly those facing barriers such as low qualifications, long-term unemployment, or social exclusion. We bring a strong practical approach, combining vocational training, soft skills development, and personalised support to improve employability and labour market integration.

We can contribute expertise in developing and delivering training programmes focused on upskilling, reskilling, and inclusion in emerging labour market sectors, including digital inclusion. Our work integrates the development of key competencies such as digital skills, teamwork, communication, and autonomy, which are essential for sustainable employment.

Additionally, we offer our experience in working with disadvantaged groups, our capacity to pilot and test innovative training methodologies, and our strong local network of companies and stakeholders, which facilitates real work-based learning opportunities. We are also open to hosting participants, sharing best practices, and co-creating impactful projects within Erasmus+ and other international cooperation frameworks.
Looking for
We are a non-profit organisation based in southern Spain, with strong experience in promoting social inclusion through employment and training pathways, especially for people in vulnerable situations. Our work focuses on improving employability, developing professional skills, and facilitating access to the labour market for young people and adults facing barriers such as long-term unemployment, low qualifications, or social exclusion.

We are looking to collaborate with organisations that share our commitment to employability, vocational education and training, and lifelong learning. We are particularly interested in partners working in upskilling and reskilling, digital inclusion, and the development of key competencies for the labour market, including digital, social, and entrepreneurial skills.

Experience in Erasmus+, mobility projects, job shadowing, internships, and exchange of good practices is highly valued. We are especially interested in building partnerships that foster innovation in training methodologies, support digital inclusion, and create real opportunities for labour market integration and sustainable employment.
