We are particularly interested in partners with experience in European cooperation, mobility projects, vocational training and work placements, who can contribute to the successful implementation of ALMA activities and establish long-term transnational partnerships

The main target group(-s) among NEETs that you usually address and plan to send abroad : Arca Empleo mainly works with young NEETs (Not in Education, Employment or Training), particularly unemployed and economically inactive young people who face barriers to accessing the labour market. Our target groups include young people with low levels of education or qualifications, little or no previous work experience, and those from disadvantaged backgrounds or at risk of social exclusion.

We also work with young people in vulnerable situations who require additional support to improve their employability, develop their professional and personal skills, and successfully transition into education, training or employment. In particular, we support young people covered by the Youth Guarantee, including those experiencing unemployment, inactivity, social vulnerability or multiple barriers to labour market integration.

*Accommodation and appropriate living arrangements for participants.
*Continuous support, guidance and follow-up throughout their stay abroad.
*Work-based learning opportunities, internships or work-related experiences in companies.
*Vocational and job-related training tailored to participants' needs.
*Language training to facilitate communication and integration in the host country.
*Mentoring, individual guidance and personal support throughout the mobility period.
*Cultural and social integration activities to help participants adapt to the host environment and strengthen their personal and social skills.
*Support in the transition towards employment, further education or vocational training after the mobility experience.

Our experience includes the design and implementation of integrated employment pathways combining personalised career guidance, employability skills development, vocational training, personal empowerment, job placement support and individual follow-up. We work with a wide range of target groups, including young people and NEETs, unemployed people, people with low qualifications or little work experience, migrants, people with disabilities, people over the age of 45 and other individuals facing barriers to accessing the labour market.

Our projects are based on a person-centred and comprehensive approach, combining employment and career guidance with training, social support and empowerment. Arca Empleo is based in Granada, Andalusia, in southern Spain, and has four centres where its programmes and activities are implemented. The organisation can provide work-related learning experiences in a supportive, inclusive and non-discriminatory environment.

The placements can be organised according to the participants' profiles, skills and professional interests, with the possibility of combining practical work experience with guidance, mentoring and employability support. Arca Empleo can facilitate the integration of participants into the workplace and provide ongoing support throughout the placement.

Regarding accommodation, participants may be supported in identifying suitable accommodation solutions in Granada, depending on the specific arrangements of the ALMA project and the needs of the participants.

Special needs and accessibility requirements would be assessed on an individual basis. Arca Empleo can offer participants a combination of work placements, mentoring and employability support. Possible activities include:
