During the mobility phase, we provide comprehensive support to ensure a safe, meaningful learning through internships in companies and cultural immersion activities for participants undertaking placements in Spain.
We match participants with suitable host organisations and work placement opportunities aligned with their skills, interests and career goals.
Coordination with host partners and employers to ensure quality placements with clear learning objectives and mentoring arrangements.
Practical support with travel arrangements, accommodation and administrative procedures related to the mobility experience.
Continuous mentoring and individual follow-up throughout the placement period, including regular check-ins with participants and host organisations.
Linguistic, cultural and social support to facilitate participants' integration into the local community and working environment.
Monitoring of participants' progress, wellbeing and learning outcomes during the mobility period.
Assistance in addressing any challenges that may arise during the placement, ensuring timely intervention and support where needed.
Documentation and recognition of skills and competences acquired during the mobility experience.
We operate in Seville, Motril and other towns in Andalusia.

Andalucía Emplea Más is seeking to establish partnerships with organisations working in the fields of organising international internships of youth, youth employment, social inclusion, vocational training, and international mobility within the framework of the ALMA Initiative, ideally to send and receive participants reciprocally (althoug remains open to sending or receiving participants only).
We look for strategic partnerships to work together long-term in international collaborative projects.

We are ready to host all ALMA Initiative target groups, people with disabilities and special needs after consultation.
Because of our main activities, that are career counselling, vocational training and labour market insertion, we have contacts with local enterprises and other work-related learning experience providers, job centres, employment agencies, local authorities and municipalities, higher education institutions, VET provider schools, social partners and other representative bodies linked to the labour market, guidance, consultancy and information services linked to lifelong learning or mobility, NGOs, third sector, voluntary and non-profit organisations, others.
