The TAPASZ programme addressed the growing demand for out-of-school support by fostering a teacher network that offers reliable, community-validated and affordable educational services. Operated by Virtuáliskola, this social innovation combined pedagogical development with entrepreneurial learning, enabling private tutors and human development professionals to design socially responsible practices. The project helped professionals reach disadvantaged students, supported collaboration between market, public and civil sectors, and established new peer-learning formats. The community remains active and expanding after the support period.
