The project developed a therapeutic training programme rooted in yoga, designed to support mental and physical health in the face of increasing stress, anxiety, and emotional instability in modern society. The curriculum combines validated interdisciplinary techniques such as breath regulation, postural practices, self-reflective exercises, Ayurvedic lifestyle principles, and guided meditation. Delivered over 6–10 group sessions, participants also gain a home-practice model for long-term benefits.
