There are several Social Rental Agencies operating in Poland, and through ESF+ social innovation projects, we support their developement and test various operational models. The “Social Rental Agency in Dąbrowa Górnicza” is one of the most compelling examples of such an approach combining access to housing with comprehensive social and vocational support for people at risk of housing exclusion. The initiative will expand the housing stock of the existing Social Rental Agency in Dąbrowa Górnicza (Silesia Region, Poland) by 30 privately rented units, offering tenants rent subsidies and tailored activation services. The model represents an innovative tool of local housing policy that can be replicated in other European cities.
