SkillJump developed a practical methodology and toolset to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) adapt to future labour market trends driven by AI and automation. The project identified 14 core competencies expected to be essential by 2025. Two assessment tools were created: one for general employees and another for SME leaders, evaluating 17 leadership competencies. The system supports recruitment, development planning, and alignment between job roles and individual strengths. A future vision includes launching a “competency marketplace” to connect professionals and companies based on verified skills.
