Problem addressed

SenjoroGO is an IT system designed to address several challenges associated with the provision of social services at home. The primary issues addressed by SenjoroGO include:
1. Inefficiency and misuse in service provision. Without automated control, the volume of declared but unprovided services can range from 15% to 30%.
2. High administrative burden. The administration of social services, including the completion of documents, tracking work hours, and generating reports, is highly labor-intensive. The system aims to significantly reduce administrative work and enable time to be dedicated to directly serving customers.
3. Lack of information regarding provided services. Without technological solutions, it is impossible to ascertain the specific services provided to a customer, the duration of service delivery, and the challenges encountered during the process. Traditionally, social workers only become aware of this information after the care worker visits the office and presents a paper report.

SenjoroGO is already being utilized by other organizations in Lithuania. Currently, we are preparing a new version of the system that can support multiple languages, enabling home care providers from other countries to access its benefits.
