Secret Sound

Secret Sound is a social startup dedicated to making audiovisual and cultural experiences accessible to
people who are deaf, hard of hearing, and deafblind. Initially focused on providing sign language
interpreters, live captioning, magnetic loops, and haptic technology like vibrating vests, the organization now
faces a pivotal moment to scale its impact.
This project marks the beginning of Secret Sound’s digital transformation, leveraging no-code tools and
artificial intelligence to create two key innovations:
A smart, inclusive subtitling system that goes beyond standard transcription. It integrates pictograms for
users with communication challenges and outputs formats accessible to people who are deafblind—bridging
a crucial gap in current accessibility tech.
A matchmaking platform for sign language interpreters, connecting professionals with clients in education,
culture, and media. It includes filters by specialization, location, and availability, offering a scalable and
efficient alternative to manual coordination.
The overall vision is to build a universal accessibility ecosystem—affordable, adaptable, and humancentered.
The solution does not require programming skills and is designed with no-code platforms, making
it replicable in other regions or communities. Through these innovations, Secret Sound aims to become a
reference in inclusive audiovisual access and empower millions of people to participate fully in cultural and
social life
