Problem addressed

The numbers of young people who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) is rising. Many of these suffer from mental health problems such as lack of confidence, low self-esteem, poor communication skills and a lack of creativity. The challenge is to transform these young people  from "idle resources" to creative professionals through involvement in the different performing arts sectors managed by Dynamic Lab:

Artistic and Performance Sector: NEETs can be included in professional training courses to become performers or choreographers, learning innovative contemporary and aerial dance techniques. Dynamic Lab has solid experience in turning passion into a career, thanks to international scholarships and collaborations

Management and Production Sector: Under the guidance of experts in Executive Events Management:

Young people can acquire skills in Euro-planning, Marketing and event management. This sector offers NEETs practical training on how to manage the financial feasibility and logistics of a festival.

Communication and Digital Sector: Thanks to Dynamic Lab's experience in Web Marketing and the creation of digital content, young people can be employed as Content Creators or Social Media Managers for sustainable tourism and the arts, enhancing their natural digital predisposition.

Innovative solution

At the Largo San Francesco 8/a location, the model has been expanded by integrating the "Creative & Cultural HUB". Here innovation has translated into the coordination of the board of the Culture Council (2021), transforming the residence into a strategic consultancy body for local cultural policies. At the headquarters in Via Principe Amedeo 106-110, the festival has adapted its offer by focusing on the production and organization of Theater and Dance courses specific to the province. Here the "Connectivity Technique" is actively applied, creating a center of attraction for emerging artists from the south-east of Bari. The adaptation of the model allowed Dynamic Lab to become the only winner of the Cross Border Open Innovation in the Performing Arts sector for the reference area.

Connectivity Technique: The use of a proprietary methodology based on improvisation and sensory perception to create a fluid fusion between contemporary dance, hip hop and aerial dance.

Integrated Multidisciplinary Hub: The transformation of physical space into a permanent laboratory that integrates artistic production, professional training and strategic consultancy for the creative industries.

Digital & Green Transition: The adoption of protocols for the "zero waste" management of events and the use of digital technologies for audience development and territorial marketing.
