Our initiative focuses on implementing an innovative Job Crafting model. Job Crafting is an approach that provides comprehensive support from a job crafter who accompanies unemployed individuals not only during their job search but also throughout their employment. Job crafters help enhance individuals’ sense of control and agency, enabling them to shape their tasks and workplace relationships. To scale up Job Crafting, we will train European NGOs, Public Employment Services, and other service providers to integrate this approach into their daily work. Experts from various European countries will co-design the model to foster mutual learning and ensure the method is adaptable and replicable across different contexts. We will test and evaluate the effectiveness of Job Crafting in Poland and Slovenia, focusing on supporting young unemployed individuals with disabilities, including NEETs and residents of rural areas. To achieve this goal, we operate as a consortium of four organizations: *Institute for Structural Research (IBS) – a scientific foundation with extensive expertise in evaluating programs for young people; *Aktywizacja Foundation – the largest Polish organization supporting people with disabilities and those at risk of social exclusion; *European Rural Youth Observatory (EURYO) – an association dedicated to advancing research on European rural youth; *Centerkontura (CK) – a business-oriented Slovenian service provider.
