The KOLLABOR project developed a community-based incubation model to address the outmigration of young talent from Békés County, Hungary. It combined experiential education, startup methodology, and collaborative innovation to strengthen the local entrepreneurial ecosystem. Activities included a "Plan B" hackathon, mentoring of selected teams, impact evaluation, and the development of an operational manual. The model integrates educational, social, and business innovation in a shared space and supports the launch of sustainable local initiatives.
