Problem addressed

Lack of cooperation among local organisations often leads to fragmented services, inefficiencies, and limited access for residents. Even organisations under the same ownership or sector frequently do not engage in joint planning. Larger towns face particular challenges due to the number of actors and lack of coordination mechanisms.

Innovative solution

The project introduced a local forum model to create structured dialogue and collaborative planning among similar-service organisations. It engaged stakeholders in mapping cooperation potential and developing a joint vision. The method helped identify short- and long-term development opportunities and inspired follow-up initiatives such as a sports guide and public fair.
