The project developed and piloted a local cooperation forum model in Szombathely, Hungary, to improve coordination among sport-related organisations. It addressed the common issue of fragmented communication and isolated service delivery, even among institutions with similar goals or ownership. Through a structured, three-part forum series involving NGOs, public institutions, and experts, the initiative helped identify shared development goals, fostered new partnerships, and inspired long-term collaboration. Key outputs include a digital sports guide (SPORTKALAUZ) and the concept for a local sports fair (Sportbörze).
