Entrepreneurial Mindset for Inclusion with the "Groupements de Createurs"

The ""Groupement de Createurs"" Network equips and professionalises insertion professionals to remobilise and integrate people distant from employment : young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEETs), women, Active Solidarity Income (RSA) beneficiaries, low-skilled jobseekers, priority urban neighbourhoods (QPV) or rural revitalisation zones (ZRR) residents,

It leverages entrepreneurial spirit and project-based pedagogy through three core programmes :

1. Project Emergence Support “Groupement de Créateurs”
Launched in 2000 and now active in 53 structures (mainly ""Missions Locales""), this targets jobseekers eager to entrepreneur but lacking defined projects.
Delivered through individual interviews and group workshops across 4 steps:
1. Understanding oneself as a project bearer
2. Defining one’s idea
3. Exploring the project environment
4. Assessing person-project-environment fit
Some sites offer DUCA (Activity Creator University Diploma) business training.
A formal label requires ≥0.5 FTE dedication per structure.

2. “Everyone an entrepreneur… of their future!” Awareness Module
Launched 2021 (35 structures): Two half-day sessions enable ~10 youths to express dreams/values, playfully explore project methodology (with subgroup pitches), and reflect on transversal skills demonstrated.

3. “All in solidarity!” Awareness Pathway
Launched 2023 (15 structures): Fourteen half-days over 2-3 months help ~10 youths design/implement a collective local solidarity project.

Objectives: Remobilisation, broad insertion (jobs/creation/training), plus autonomy in reflection/decision/action—via active listening, authentic aspirations, voluntary engagement, and non-directivity.
