The project developed and tested a community coaching methodology in a disadvantaged neighbourhood of Miskolc, Hungary. Unlike top-down interventions, this approach focuses on activating internal community resources and enabling residents to drive their own development. The process included mapping local assets, facilitating joint action, building leadership capacities, and supporting the sustainability of community initiatives. The method was documented in a handbook and adapted into a university curriculum to promote further uptake.
