The project aimed to increase the autonomy and inclusion of blind and visually impaired residents in Athens.
Black Light delivered 20 in-person experiential trainings to businesses in busy neighborhoods in the city center of Athens (Exarchia and Koukaki), focused on proper communication, guidance, and service techniques.
Additionally, 10 online webinars were implemented to support small businesses and cultural organizations in improving the accessibility of their websites, led by a blind accessibility specialists.
