The telecare system, which was provided to him thanks to a European Social Fund project, saved his life. When he collapsed, he could call for help. The clip is based on a true story from a project that provided long-term care to 175 people - including older persons, persons with disabilities, people with long-term illnesses, socioeconomically disadvantaged people and other marginalised groups who may face difficulties living independently or are at risk of social exclusion.
